By booking with Ifran Tours, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read carefully before making any reservations.

  1. Flights
  • Flights are not included our tour packages unless explicitly stated.
  • Ifran Tours can assist in finding flights through trusted partners or online portals, but flight bookings, payments, and schedules are the traveller’s responsibility.
  • Ifran Tours is not liable for any delays, cancellations, lost luggage, or other issues handled by airlines.
  • Travelers missing any part of the tour due to negligence, delay, or absenteeism are responsible for re-joining the tour at their own expense.
  1. Booking & Payments
  • Full payments for all travel and packages must be made at least 6 weeks before departure.
  • Deposits are non-refundable.
  • Deposits secure your booking but do not guarantee fares, which may change due to fuel surcharges, taxes, or currency fluctuations.
  • Tickets once issued are non-changeable and non-refundable.
  • Any changes after booking may incur administration fees.
  1. Passports, Visas & Travel Documents
  • Travelers are responsible for valid passports (minimum 6 months from travel date), visas, transit documents, and vaccinations.
  • All flight details on tickets must be checked by the traveller.
  • Compliance with all travel regulations and local laws is mandatory.
  1. Insurance & Liability
  • All travellers must have adequate travel insurance.
  • Ifran Tours is not responsible for injury, loss, delays, or damages caused by airlines, hotels, buses, government authorities, acts of God, strikes, riots, wars, epidemics, quarantines, machinery breakdown, or other events beyond our control.
  1. Cancellation & Refunds
  • Packages cancelled 1 month before travel are non-refundable.
  • Certain packages (e.g., Al Aqsa) are non-refundable if entry is denied by authorities or due to cancellation.
  • Unused services or upgrades cannot be refunded after departure.
  1. Check-in & Travel Requirements
  • Passengers must check-in at least 3 hours before flight departure.
  • Minimum stay in Saudi Arabia: 5 days. Maximum stay: 28 days. Overstay penalties apply (minimum £500 per person).
  • Travelers must follow airline procedures for check-in, luggage, and boarding.
  1. Website & Information Accuracy
  • While we strive to ensure accurate website information, Ifran Tours cannot guarantee completeness or correctness.
  • Travelers should verify details before making decisions.
  • Ifran Tours is not responsible for third-party websites linked to ours.
  • Any association or linking to our website requires written consent.
  1. Fares, Payment Surcharges, and Seat Availability
  • All fares are subject to seat availability.
  • Most credit cards incur a 5% surcharge; Amex cards incur 3.5%.
  1. General Liability
  • Ifran Tours cannot be held liable for delays, cancellations, or changes caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to legislation changes, visa issues, flight cancellations, or weather problems.
  • Ifran Tours is not responsible for missed tours or additional expenses caused by traveller negligence.
